lack of headroom for 940's 900

Has anybody solved this mystery yet?lot of previous posts in the archieves with no answers. i have a 93 and 94 940's both electric and leather seats.when adjusted down ,the seat in the 94 goes lower especially at the front than the one in the 93.i have pulled the seat out of the 93 and inspect it but i dont see anything unusal.anybody knows what's going on or has solved lowering their seat to get more headroom? any help is appreciated.good day.charles.
