wandering front end at ~ 45-55 mph 700 1989

On my 89 740GL with 133K I have a wondering front end only at ~ 45mph and over and only navigating curves sweeping either direction.

I replaced the ball joints nad tie rod end links and have some improvement maybe 70% Have tried higher air pressure in tires ~ 34psi

What next?
