'New' engine - #4 cylinder fires, no others 900 1993 ***Update*** 900 1993

For those of you who may not have read the earlier post:

Replacement engine, only #4 cylinder fires.

I am getting spark on all 4, and I have swapped the RPM sensor (and took a look at the flywheel; everything looked fine), but it seems that I'm only getting fuel to the rear one. I swapped the #1 and #4 injector power leads, and there was no change, so other injectors are getting power.

Could the other injectors be clogged? If so, how to test?
Could the valves on the other cylinders not be opening? If so, how can I test?
Is there something else I am missing?

Thanks for any and all suggestions,
-Eric
