Weird little plugs for tire well 200

HI, i was just wondering if anybody had any extra plugs for the right rear tire well of a 86' 240 sedan. I've never seen this before but it seems there's a little whole going into the rocker panel toward the front of the right rear tire well. I've called around and haven't been able to find the exact part, and am hesitant to create a makeshift replacement. If anybody knows what I'm talking about and were to find one, or has an extra please reply!
