Stiff power steering - 164 More data! 140-160 1969

While looking under the hood of my 164 I noted among all the other grunge a
reddish puddle apparently coming from where the steering column connects to
the input shaft of the steering gear. Looks like there is a failure of the
seal there which would bleed some of the pressure when steering one direction.
This would make it harder to steer in that direction, which is indeed the case.
(Sorry, I've never been very good at "left" and "right" and don't remember which
direction is harder.)
Question: Anybody got a 164 or 140 POWER steering gear they wanna sell?
I can replace the seal but would rather do it at my leisure. Weather here
is getting less disposed to mechanical work, especially outside.
GOTTA clear some space in my garage!!
