Wiring Help after replacing Heater Blower 200 1987

All,
I'm currently replacing my heater blower (and associated items)in my 1987 245, I have the blower motor installed and as Art states checked tp see if it worked. No rotation with power hooked to switch but the motor works when directly power off battery. I get no voltage reading with the key on at the red power connection at the switch, I have checked the fuse #3, replaced the blower switch to no avail and traced out using the Volvo wiring diagram. Any help would greatly appreciated.
