Right tail light AND right parking light out. 200 1991

My '91 240 sedan has no right tail light, but the bulb is good. In addition the right front parking light is not lit. The dash "bulb out" lights up whenever either the main headlight switch is turned to parking position and also when in headlight (high and low beam) positions (either way).
I have replaced every fuse with brand new fuses, so let's rule that out. The bulb fail sensor was recently replaced with a scrap-yard replacement, which solved the no-brake-light problem.
The dash lights all appear to work properly.
Any ideas?
