"fuel pump and injector relays"

Not sure about this. There is a System relay that powers the ECU and AMM,
and Fuel relay for pumps, Idle Air Control valve, and Injectors.

Take a real close look at Fuse 12, which powers the Fuel Relay. Make sure there is no corrosion and that the contacts have good pressure on the fuse ends.

Also, I believe there is a 3-pin connector between Fuse 12 and the Fuel relay, located under/near the glovebox. It will have the Blue/Red wire for the relay, a Red AC wire, and a Yellow/Red wire FROM the Fuel Relay to the Fuse #5 hot side (power for both pumps).
