Heck, you have practically rebuilt your "baby".
Frustrating, isn't it?
One thing about it, you shouldn't have any problem vis a vis any of your "control" systems once you have gotten the stall problem straightened out.
You may as well just go ahead and change out the knock sensor, seeing as how that is your problem anyway. heh-heh!
Have you replaced the darn old cracked wiring? If not, may as well do that whilst you are under the hood.
Let us know what you find when you change out the knock sensor.
