Different types of front spoilers? 200 1979

howdy
my car never came with a front spoiler/air dam (but i can never be sure as my dad got teh car 2nd hand and i was abt 3)... so im not sure wat to put on it especially since ive seen different types... any opinions on which one will suit best... and also my mechanical skills are quite limited... so are they easy to install?
ive included a picture but i run virgos...oh yeah forgot to mention that i hav the aluminium bumpers
