How do you put a bumper cover on a 740?? Magic? 700

Greetings,
I thought I would save some bucks and put a new bumper cover on my 740 after I failed inspection for having a semi-destroyed bumper cover.

I removed the old bumper cover, no clips were holding it on - only plastic "hooks" in the bumper cover itself that wrapped around the metal bumper.

Has anyone put one on before? Have any tips? Thanks a million.
