Considering buying an 89 244 M47 - need advice

It's hard to say. It took mine about a year before it started to look really bad. For $600 I had someone go over the hood, fenders, roof and trunk lid and remove about 12 dents which I was not totally aware that I had. You could get a whole car painted for this price probably, but I went to a particular shop in my area that was very reasonable and that I had heard good things about.
