To part or not to part, that is the Q 200 1989

So I've got this dilemma parked in my driveway. Well, actually an 89 244. I was gonna drive it, but it turns out that with a Salvage title in this state, it's not registerable. Not impossible, but not worth the hoops I have to jump through. Presently, it still runs and drives, starts right up nicely in fact.

It's a 99% rust free car (one tiny spot, passenger floor). It's been in a minor front end accident and received a very badly painted hood probably ... 6 years ago. All the paint on that looks terrible. Otherwise it's acceptable though not a beauty queen. Dark blue, blue interior. 212K miles. Typical split foam in the front seats.

I only paid $350 for it. My thought now is that it's going to turn into a parts car, donating all kinds of good stuff to keep the others alive.

If anyone wants to make a deal on a whole car, get in touch with me soon! Once I start in on it, I may just keep going till I cut the rockers and floor sheetmetal out....

Otherwise I will start listing parts on here pretty soon and the shell will go off to be recycled. It's in Connecticut and can be driven to your destination within reason. Anyone got a better idea?
