Do 700's have a heater control valve? 700

I have an 85 760 turbo. In the morning if I let the car warm up it will usually produce heat when warm. A few mornings I take off and the car will warm up while driving. No warm air comes out even though the engine is warm. About 20 minutes of driving I finally get heat. I believe I replaced the water valve in the engine compartment last year.
