Periodic No Start - what fuses/circuits should I investigate 200 1992

My '92 240 sedan has started to occasionally not start. Changed ignition rotor and cap and car seems to run better but still occasionally does not start. Cars runs fine otherwise. Engine turns over strongly but no sign of life. Seems to be about 1 in 50 starts. Every time so far it seems to start an hour of so later. Last time it happened I checked and reseated all of the fuses and it then started so i suspect an electrical problem. From visual inspection I cannot see anything wrong with the fuses and fuse contact. Given these syptoms which fuses should I examine more closely?

Also, not sure if this is related but just in case. Had the bulb warning light flashing when the right turn light was on and the headlights off - was told it was a ground problem in the rear right lamp assy which sounds right but it went away by itself so I didn't investigate.
