Center console backlighting 700 1991

I just recently bought a used 91 Volvo 740 Wagon (non turbo) with 131K on it.

No real issues, runs great, but the backlighting for the gear shift in the center console is out - makes it a little difficult to select the right gear during the dark.

What do I need to pull to get to the light to change it?
