Leaky Oil Fill Cap? 200 1989

So my 244 is leaking oil....I probobly have to add 2 quarts between every oil change. Looking at the engine it looks like oil has been leaking out of it, and it seems like its coming from the oil fill cap. Is this possible? It dosen't seem like there would be much oil getting up there as there's quite a bit of space between the cap the the cam shaft....or is there more getting thrown up there than I would think.

If this is the problem, should I replace the whole cap or just the o-ring?

Rick
