Stuck Tie Rod End Lock Bolt 200 1989

So I found this forum while preparing to replace my tie rod end this weekend, and I have to say that it is awesome, by far one the best volvo resource on the internet.

So I sort of feel like a nag becasue this is like my third question today, but I'm at a total impass....I've searched the forum for solutions, and I think I've tried them all. Libral amounts of PB Blaster, the wax trick, heat (although I didn't get it too hot, the PB Blaster started burning and I didn't really want a fire in my garage), and a hammer, and I still cannot for the life of me get the lock nut on the other side of the tie rod end to loosen.

I'm just about ready to give up and take it in to a garage, but I'm cant see what they are going to be able to do that I can't and I don't really want to be told that its permentally stuck and I need a new tie rod as well, plus it jsut seems stupid to go to a shop for such a simple repair.

Rick
