Update on (Lack of Headroom for 940)and (A/C Problem). 900

Dear Charles,

Good a.m. and may this find you well. BRAVO: for persevering, finding the faults, and fixing them!!!

I wonder how the seat brackets came to be bent. They're pretty heavy-duty. Perhaps the car was owned by someone, who needed the extra height, and bent (had bent) the brackets. They must have bent them pretty far, to produce the symptoms you described.

As to the air conditioning, it is hard to imagine how a wire would be cut so cleanly by "accident".

In any case, Happy Holidays, and a Good, Healthy New Year!!

Yours faithfully,

spook
