Replacing my B21 engine with a B23 or B230 engine? 200 1976

My first question would be where can I find one?

My second question would be, how difficult is the change and is there anything else that needs to be replaced when I change the engine?

My third question is what is the cheapest way to fix broken down seats?

Finally, can I sell my old B21 engine or will no one want to buy it?
