Touch-up paint NLA?--Windowframe rust '82 245 200 1982

I've got a few small spots of rust appearing around the margins of my '82 245 tailgate and at the bottom of the rearmost side windows. I'd like to patch it up and I had hoped to find the matching touch-up paint at the dealer, but it seems that touch-up paint for such an old model is no longer available from the dealer. Is there another source of the very durable Volvo brand? �� Cream/Off-White] Also, any suggestions about removing the rearmost side windows. to get to the rusty source?
