Power Passenger seat one track not moving. 900

On my 95-965 the outside rail on the passenger does not move, the seat moves on the inside only, I removed the seat yesterday to see if there was anything obvious that may have it locked up. I could not see anything obvious although it is going to take some major dissambly to get to pinnion gear- rack interface.
I noticed that both tracks are operated from opposite ends of the same motor. therefore logic would have it, that unless there is a slip clutch of some type that I may have a broken flex shaft or something since the motor is running and moving the inside track. Does anyone have any experience here, and if something is broken can I get parts or do I have to replace the whole unit?

Thanks

James
