You must determine if you have spark.
Pull the coil wire off the dist cap and place near a ground- don't hold it, and don't have it touching metal, just leave 1/8 inch gap or so to the car body.
Crank engine and observe spark. Strong blue white spark?
If so, check timing belt- open oil cap and have someone crank the engine- does the cam rotate in there? With crank triggered ignition, it can make spark even with a broken timing belt.
If that's ok, move on to the fuel pump relay. Replace that or resolder it.
If there's no spark you'll have to again check the crank sensor, and then the ignition computer.
