Inner Tie Rod Replace 700 1991

I had the car aligned today..It is pulling slightly to the right ( has always done so ) will take it back tomorrow for a redo!. Regarding drilling the " Tab "
you dont have to drill all of it out ...most of it will suffice...upon applying enough force it will come loose! I mentioned to my allignment tech what I had done regarding resecuring the inner rod and he assured me that the application of locktite would suffice. Do not put a vice grip or similar to the smooth shiny
rack arms...also degrease as much as you can of the threads in the rack arms to make the locktite effective ...Cheers Paul R
