draw out your circuit as an electrical control logic diagram.
+12V from appropriate fuse is horizontal line across the top.
0V = ground is horizontal line across bottom of page.
Right now you've got AC switch that is connected to + and goes to the coils of AC comp clutch and elec fan.
You want to interrupt (open, not ground) the branch to the fan with the OD. Probably need another relay.

I wouldn't bother tho. The fan will be spinning but not doing real work or wearing much when car is at speed.
