Major front end woes 200 1989

I am working on someones car.

The power steering is hard when making right turns and really soft when left turns. Too soft, feels like a honda steering wheel.

Turns out the controll arm on the right side was bent. Someone must have hit a curb. So I replaced it, put new bushings, new tie rod ends, ball joints. Did a front end rebuilt on botht left and right sides. I also replaced the lower steering u joint.

After putting everything back, the steering is still the same. Still a little hard when turning right. By the way rack and pinion looks new.

What am I missing here?
