Ultra high CO on emissions test 200

Hello!

I went to my yearly emissions test today and it showed really high CO value. 4.5% is allowed and my Brick has 9.87%!!!
I was told it is running too rich. How can I deal with this? Need a solution quick... The car is new to me, so I don't really know where the fuel consumption is, but the car runs fine... Well when it's warm it turns 1-2 more times when I turn it of. Needs ignition adjustment I guess... I'll also try to change air filter (don't know when was last changed).
The Inspection is free to try again in three working days, so I'll try those simple things first, I really don't want to deal with ZS 175CD in details:)))
What about 82% alcohol combined with gas?? Any thoughts on that? What should the mixture be?

Oh, the Brick is '79 244 with B21A (ZS175CDse)...

Thanks for help in advance!!
