Engine Misfire Code 900

I changed the spark plugs. Installed Bosch plugs, gapped at .030", and torqued to 18 ft-lbs. Now I am getting the check engine light and the codes are saying misfire on cylinder 1 and misfire on all cylinders.

I changed them out one at a time and did not disconnect the coil wires.

Do I have to use anti-seize on the spark plug threads?

Any thoughts as to why I am getting these codes after I changed the plugs? The plugs I took out were the Bosch with the 3 electrodes on them that do not have to be gapped.

Thanks,
Jimmy
