Deck the halls with WARNING LIGHTS! Help me with SRS & Check Engine Please

Well some new fun My SRS light just came on to stay. Occasionally in the past it would light up and go off after srestarting the car two or three times but it just decided to stay on. Current temp is 10 abouf zero.

And somnting that has been going on forever, and continues to go on even after COMPLETE oferhaul and engine removal is my Check engine light will come on at start up and then go out after about two minutes.
