how do i remove headlight lenses on my 93 244? 200

If yours are like mine have been, you might be able to pull the covers right off the reflectors. They're sealed- they aren't supposed to come apart like this, but many times the glue is shot and the covers just pry right off. I use clear silicone RTV to reattach them.

I've found oven cleaner to be very effective at getting the yellow off the lenses. HOwever the plastic is usually dull then- polish will help. Replacement with new units or good used is better.

To remove the whole globe, use a coat hanger or other stiff thin tool to reach the cotter pin clips on the back side- 3 I think, and just pull them out to the side. Don't force anything, or you'll break off the plastic sockets. REmove the grille for ease of access, and maybe the battery too for the driver's side one.

Good luck!
