Right Rear shock keeps going out. 200 1988

About once a year I have to change out the right rear shock. I've tried gas and liquid filled shocks. The gas shocks dont last as long as the liquid filled. I hit a deer three years ago and the only damage to the car was in the front. But since the guy had the car in the shop I asked him to check the frame near the rear end to help me try and solve this problem. He found that the frame is square, and had no idea what could be causing them to blow out. Went out of town this weekend for christmas and low and behold I start hearing the tell tale sound of the rear shock rattling. blown out again!!! Can someone else please rack their brain and help me solve this puzzle. Thanks in advance!!
