Fuel Pump Electrical Connector problems 200 1991

Hello Everyone,

The most recent problem I am having seems to be centered around the electrical connector for the external fuel pump. This connector is a bullet-type connector. The wire end is loose inside the plastic housing, to the point that I can remove the wire without removing the plastic housing. I am experiencing an intermittant open circuit with this connector. If I seat the connector well, I have no problems, but after driving for a while, the connector vibrates to the point of losing its connection, shutting off the pump. As expected, with the pump off, the car dies. I have searched the Internet and all of my local parts stores for a replacement connector, but no one has any other suggestions outside looking in a junk yard for one that will fit. I hesitate removing the connector (to possibly match it somewhere) because once that is done, I am standing still until I resolve this issue. Does anyone have information on where I can find this part? Thanks.
