stuck blower impeller 200

I'm using the chainsaw method to change my heater blower, but can't get the right impeller off. The clip is off, I have tried holding the other side of the shaft and also running the motor while holding the impeller while pulling in hopes of "spinning it off". So far, it will move out about 1/4 inch, but that's all. Of course, with the hole I cut, I can only really access one side of the impeller with my hand, but I did get a string behind it to help me pull. No help.

I gave up for now and plan to go to the pick-n-pull to get a spare impeller since I think when I pull a little harder I will break it.

Any ideas would be appreciated in the mean time.
