Are there any other DORKS out there besides ME????? 200

I was driving down Ocean Parkway here in Brooklyn last summer when I cam along side another old 245 wagon. Rolled down the wondows and had a nice conversation for several blocks with the two orthodox guys who were "riding" it, as they say here in the borough. Turned out to be another '78! I don't see too many of the older bricks here where the streets are paved with salt. I get a lot ot compliments from non-volvo people just because it looks like an antique to them.

Remember the series G Vs. E that was on TV for a short time where the two protagonists drove an orange wagon? I loved that.

BTW, just googled it, and found a Sci-Fi channel message board where someone was organizing a campaign among fans to send in matchbox Volvos to try to save the show.

I guess the answer to the question about DORKS is yes.
