1991 Volvo 940 Turbo won't start in 18 degree weather 900 1991

My 1991 Volvo 940 Turbo won't start in 18 degree weather; I have heard there is a Cold Start injector and I would like to inspect it. Unfortunately i cannot find it on ALLDATA or my service CD. Can someone please tell me where to look? Also does anyone have a part number?

Finally is there a test I can do on it to ensure its integrity, such as electrical resistance or vacuum integrity?

Thanks, turns out the only car I could get started the last few days is my OLD mercedes diesel.
