Noisy cold start - do I need an additive? 700

When I start the ole girl in the cold AM, the valve train (I guess it is this) is really noisy for the first minute or so. It really does not sound so much like all the valves (or a piston skirt - not sure) but a singular sound - metal needing lubricant.

Can I get a few hints on what to add, not to add (as for additives) to help this? When she is warm - she is fine.
