'90 instrument cluster in '89 200

I rescued a complete instrument cluster from a '90 DL for my '89 DL. It looks to me like it should work, but there is an extra item on the lower right of the '90. Is this a reset button for a "service engine" function I don't have?

If so, could I hook it up since both years had LH 2.4? (Don't know why I would want to, though.)

Any other issues putting this cluster in my '89?
