Hardwood in a Wagon

Not exactly sure what you want to accomplish with "hardwood" floors in back of the wagon. A dance floor, perhaps! Seriously, one of the first improvements I make to my wagons includes custom-cutting a sheet of luaun (any thin plywood will do), then spray painting it the color of the car's upholstery. Once installed as the cargo space floor, it really saves wear and tear on the carpet, especially if you use the wagon for cargo handling (tools, lumber, trash, animal feed, dog, fishing gear, etc.) You can also use cardboard for temporary protection, or to use as a cut-out template for cutting a sheet of plywood to fit nicely in the cargo space. When you go to sell the brick, you can remove it and the carpet looks as new. chris in vermont, 244, 954, r80rt, etc. ps My Yakima (i know, it's not swedish but arguably sturdier than thule) rack gets lots of use, too, for what I call my Volvo "pickup truck", really a 945 in disguise. Lumberyard guys are always amused how much i can haul, carefully tied down and secured, of course.
