Hood release cable loose, adjustment screw? 200

Well, took a look again at the hood. Hahahahaha, dang am i dumb. The rubber hood plugs had been pushed all the way in. unscrewed them a bit, and whammo! hood opens and closes like it should. Thanks for you help.
