Pools of oil under 960 spark plug access cover? 900

Hey all

I read about how others also experience the pools of oil under their 960 spark plug access covers. I followed one of the suggestions, which was to use teflon thread sealer tape on the screws for the cover. However, 1 week later, the puddles of oil are back. I have checked to make sure that the oil cap is screwed on tightly. Do the torx screw that hold the valve cover in place have to be very tight? I am afraid to screw them in very tightly because last time I stripped the head of the screw and ended up taking it out with a chisel and hammer.

Thanks much
Phil
