94 960 rear washer problem 900

My 960 wagon has a small problem which is driving me crazy. The rear washer does not seem to be working - I assume that the rear pump is bad - The front system works great and the car has been in a heated garage (line to rear is not frozen). Where is the rear pump located? How much of a trial is it to replace the rear pump? Is this a common problem?
