Bumper parked on snow bank:Horn high pitched gone, low pitch still okay 700 1990

14 yr old horns.I pressed once.worked halfway then high-pitched died. low tone still works.
Underneath the driver's side front bumper I saw 2 disk shaped horn all rusted around.Haynes 82-88 only mentioned horn,no plural.Squirt of wD40 did nothing.May look around a bit more when it thaws in a few days
Questions:
(1)does the fact one works(low tone) and one does not(high tone)means that my circuit is likely good?ie repalce horn only,

(2)What brand of high-pitched horn should i get?Borg-Warner 25$ or oem Bosch for 40$ or Fiamm 12.50$ US

(3)What does Canadian Tire sell,(for Canucks only)?
