1993 940 running rough at idle 900 1993

My husband and I have owned our 1993 940 for about a year and a half. Almost as soon as we got it, we had to put in a new fuel pump. Then several months later the timing belt needed to be replaced. Then it started dying on us. We checked the codes under the hood and it said the Lambda (oxygen sensor) was running rich at part throttle. Replaced the oxygen sensor. Didn't help. It kept dying, especially when we were idling. Took it to a garage. They found that the first fuel pump had been wired wrong and that the pump had died. So we got another new fuel pump. (second one in a year) It ran OK for a while but then started running rough again. Codes under hood still read the same. Replaced oxygen sensor(again). It still runs rough but it isn't dying any more. What do we have to do to get it to stop running rough when we are idling. Other wise it's running pretty good. In addition to above parts, we have replaced many other parts trying to alleviate this problem. Hope someone can help. Don't want to spend much more on this car. Top Cat
