BW35 and Throttle micro switch 200 1975

On my 75 244 GL I have found a addtional vacuum line while undernearth the car. Since this a a project car I do not drive it. Basically it has not moved in about a year.
This line runs to a metal tube and routes next to the tranny fill tube. I have not been able to get underneath the car to see where is goes and I cannot find any reference in all of the manuals that I have.I have replaced a number of the lines in the engine compartment. I could have missed this one.

Transmission Vacuum?????

Also the throttle micro switch is mounted on top of the intake manifold instead of on the bottom as indicated in all of the manuals that I have. I have found when the previous owners of the car have done some " creative engineering".

This leads me to think that this assembily is from a diffent model.

Any ideas?
