Timing Adjustment 700

Sorry for the blank post, hitted the wrong key. Does anyone know how to adjust the timing of the 87 740 with the B230? The distributor is located at the back of the valve cover. Need to know which bolt to loosen to rotate the cap to move the timing mark.
