Sloppy Humping ------- while steering 200

Hi guys / gals,

Im wondering if anyone can tell me how I can determine which type of tie rod ends I have. Apparently there is a ZF type and a cam lever type. How can I tell the difference. The inner tie rod ends are shot...i.e. the ball joints under the boots are loose and rickety. They need to be replaced and it doesnt seem to be too hard to do, but I need to get the correct parts. I pulled the boot back and all there seems to be to it is a long bolt going to the outer tie rod, and then a ball joint screwed into the rack armature.

any and all help appreciated, and if further info is needed I will happily supply,

hugs and kisses,
Jojo
