122 advice please 120-130

Thanks everyone! Your replies are very helpful. I would prefer a stick without a doubt. I have taught my wife standard but she really isn't comfortable with it; she's been in a couple of bad accidents as a passenger and so driving is an accomplishment in itself. I've always liked the 122 wagons but as you all said, they are very hard to find in an auto and so I figured owning a 122 was out of the question. Then I saw this one. I guess if I hate it and want to sell, it may be difficult find a buyer. Any idea based on the description, what a reasonable offer would be? Thx again.

Peter
