Happy NEW WARNING LIGHTS! (SRS and SERVEICE LIghts) 700 1989

Well it is after the new year and if you can help me take down all the lights I put up over Christmass I would love it.

MY SRS light came on and stayed. I used to be able to reset it by turning the car off and restarting it. But over Christmas it just stayed on! I thought it was a temperature thing but it got up to 40F yeaterday so I dontl realy know what could be causing the error.

And my SERVE ICE ,light as my wife calls it, stays on for about two minutes every time I turn on the car and then goes out, Does anyone know what that means?

P.s. does anyone know where to get some LED rear bulbs, Mine keep burning out (even when I buy extended life ones, which means about 6-8 months)
P.P.S I keep my lights on all the time and drive about 1 hour a day.
