Glove box removal, FAQ update 700 1987

Dear maintainer of the (excellent) FAQ, in following the FAQ in pursuit of why my heater fan doesn't go, I removed the glovebox to get at the circuitry. I found an additional fastener not mentioned in the glove box removal text.

To the right of center, near the latch mechanism, I found a white 90 degree turn fastener. Not sure what to call it, it has a screw slot and other end has a T shape that fits into a slot. It was under a (slip on?) black plastic cover. The cover broke during my prying around, and exposed this fastener, so that it slips/clips on is a guess.
