960 steering vibration- problem found 900

After taking my '93 960 to the dealer today about a vibration in the steering while stopped and at low speeds, the problem has finally been found. They told me that there's a cooling loop for the power steering system. Apparently early 960's had problems with this. There's an update kit from Volvo for around $300, plus they wanted another $300 to put it on. Does anyone have the procedures for this?

BTW, the steering rack and pump checked out OK. Car has 75 K miles. I'm going to change the PS fluid and use M1 synthetic ATF.

Thanks to everyone who offered their knowledge on my previous posts.

Dave
